Check–In and Keys at Compton House B&B Newark

Room and front door keys are issued to all guests who are welcome to come and go as they please.
Check in is from 3pm, but if you need to come earlier please arrange it with Lisa or Mark.
There is not always someone on reception so if your arrival time changes, do let us know, we want to make sure we are there to welcome you to Compton House.
Please vacate your room by 11am on the day you are leaving.

If you take your keys home by mistake just pop them in the post and we will be happy to pay the postage.
We do make a charge for lost keys as they are expensive to replace

Parking

There is plenty of on street parking in both Baldertongate and on William Street. We also have an off street parking space which is secure, please call to reserve.

Unlimited Wireless Internet Access
All guests are welcome to use our secure wireless Internet connection. Laptops are not provided so please bring your own and ensure that it has wireless capability.

Smoking

Compton House is totally non smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke in the courtyard with Marko!(He'll never give up) Smoking in the bedrooms attracts a mandatory 'out of order' charge of one night's tariff.

We accept cheques with a valid bankers card, cash and all major credit and debit cards. A small charge is added to all credit card transactions.
